Shipping & Handling
We offer free delivery on all standard UK orders by Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. Packages are large letter size for standard orders so for convenience we don't require a signature. We always obtain proof of posting. Higher value orders will require a signature, and depending on size / value may be sent by alternative courier i.e. DPD. Costs incurred due to redelivery or the return to us for any reason of undelivered parcels are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged at cost.
We keep a large stock of mutes and crystals, and aim to ship most orders within 2 working days. If we need to order additional colours we will advise you of the new delivery time - our suppliers usually deliver next day so there should be minimum delay. Our delivery times are only targets and not guaranteed.
Orders placed from outside the EU are occasionally subject to customers charges by the importing country. Customers are responsible for payment of these charges.
All products are fully guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

Returns and Exchanges Summary
Correctly supplied items may be returned for a full refund less any shipping costs paid by the customer within 14 days of receipt, unused and in the original packing. If you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us before returning the item.
Our system is fully automated and all emails and invoices are based on information supplied by the customer when placing the order. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
